The supporters of Barranqueras booed when Posadas was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 19 match minutes in a wonderful position. Isaias Inocente didn't get a good kick on the ball. 20 minutes into the match, Posadas's goal looked a bit too open when Fernando Maria came free, but Tiburcio Admon reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Fernando Maria blasted a shot towards the goal in the 22nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Tiburcio Admon having to make a save. After 25 played minutes Posadas got a freekick which was hit by Ramon Tiniebra. After having played for 27 minutes, Casimiro Urdin managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Barranqueras's supporters crossed their fingers, but Casimiro Urdin was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Casimiro Urdins short, quick shot in the 29thth minute got Tiburcio Admon to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. With 32 minutes on the clock, Cleto Sengrat commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 31st minute of the game. One of Barranqueras:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Posadas:s goal. In the 38th minute, Casimiro Urdin ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Tiburcio Admon was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Casimiro Urdin stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Casimiro Urdin hit a great freekick 50 minutes into the match. In the 52nd match minute, Barranqueras was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Fernando Maria to maneuver through the defense. Marcial Hever could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 55th minute of the match, but Felipe Ruisko made a huge save. The audience was convinced that Casimiro Urdin's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Tiburcio Admon was relentless in the 59th minute of the game. Casimiro Urdin scored 2-1 in the 62nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Tiburcio Admon, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Felipe Ruisko made a fantastic save in the 72nd minute, when Saul Rio sent off a good shot on target. After some fancy dribbling in the 74th minute, Jeremias Gregory managed to get in a good position for a shot. Barranqueras's supporters rose to their feet, but Jeremias Gregory was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Tiburcio Admon breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 76thth minute of the game Casimiro Urdin who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Posadas's Tiburcio Admon was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Casimiro Urdin in the 77th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Tiburcio Admon prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After a defensive mix-up in Posadas's zone, Jose Corderro stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Tiburcio Admon came out of the goal and Jose Corderro tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Saul Rio hit a great freekick 86 minutes into the match. When Casimiro Urdin came up free with the goalie in the 88th minute, the Barranqueras fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Casimiro Urdin couldn't finish the play. 91 minutes into the match, Posadas's goal looked a bit too open when Casimiro Urdin came free, but Tiburcio Admon reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Marcial Hever had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 94th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. If Casimiro Urdin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 95th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Barranqueras's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
