Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Federico Caetano made the kick off which started today's match. In the 5th minute, Federico Caetano ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Raimundo Rio was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. Raimundo Rio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Federico Caetano in the 9th minute of play. 11 minutes into the game, Paulino Berenguer was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Papin's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Sanavirones the free kick. After 11 played minutes Papin got a freekick which was hit by Paulino Berenguer. In the 14th minute Federico Caetano shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Raimundo Rio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 15 played minutes Papin got a freekick which was hit by Andres Benvide. The supporters of Sanavirones booed when Papin was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 19 match minutes in a wonderful position. Paulino Berenguer didn't get a good kick on the ball. 20 minutes into the game, Andres Benvide was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Papin's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Sanavirones the free kick. A collision led to Papin getting a freekick after 21 minutes play. Andres Benvide hit a great ball. Marcos Baristo made an important save on a dangerous shot by Nunez Florinio in the 26th minute. With an all-out effort, Papin's Marcos Baristo threw himself towards the right post 27 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Aquilino Policarpio, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. After 30 played minutes Sanavirones got a freekick which was hit by Igor Todor. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Federico Caetano in the 37th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Raimundo Rio saved Papin from getting behind. Jairo Abilio received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 39th minute. Raimundo Rio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 47th match minute, Sanavirones was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Federico Caetano to maneuver through the defense.

The wind increased when Nunez Florinio made the kick off in the second half. An unexpected shot in the 54th minute by Jairo Abilio got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. The crowd rose to their feet as Sanavirones's Jairo Abilio slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Raimundo Rio. That made the score 0-2 after 58 minutes of play. In the 63rd minute, Federico Caetano made a precise shot to the right of Raimundo Rio. Papin's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-3. Isidro Gotzon kicked well hit freekick during the 68th minute of the match. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Niceto Jerico during the 78th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 78 played minutes Papin got a freekick which was hit by Niceto Jerico. After some fancy dribbling in the 84th minute, Jairo Abilio managed to get in a good position for a shot. Sanavirones's supporters rose to their feet, but Jairo Abilio was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Raimundo Rio breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Isidro Gotzon hit a great freekick 91 minutes into the match. The Sanavirones supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Sanavirones would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
