When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Emilio Henric was the one to do the kick off. The supporters of Calchines AFC booed when Sorocayense AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 51 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mei Yao didn't get a good kick on the ball. Francisco Poz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Filomeno Lluciano, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 60th minute, Godofredo Gonchan ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Rafael Nuñez was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-1. In the 63rd minute Emilio Henric shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Francisco Poz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A sloppy throw-in by Basilio Sansone in the 67th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Calchines AFC's Primitivo Quintun. Damaso Chuse's late challenge caught a Sorocayense AFC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Damaso Chuse helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Sorocayense AFC booed when Calchines AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 68 match minutes in a wonderful position. Damaso Chuse didn't get a good kick on the ball. With his leg Rafael Nuñez managed to avoid a goal in the 84thth minute, when Sorocayense AFC's Freddy Cefero fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. After a defensive mix-up in Calchines AFC's zone, Freddy Cefero stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Rafael Nuñez came out of the goal and Freddy Cefero tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When the referee ended the match the Calchines AFC players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
