Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Domingos Senin took the kick off in the first half of the match. In a very dangerous position, a player in Huayatayoc FC fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 2nd minute. Penalty! The referee gave Lazo a penalty, 4 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Adriana Matxin, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Huayatayoc FC's José Torres. 0-1. After 7 minutes of play, Lazo's Victor Cebo made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. José Torres was left in no man's land by his defense there! 13 minutes into the game, Wincent Trzemzalski recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Eulalio Bermudo. Wincent Trzemzalski showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-2. If Serafin Tome had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 16th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 18th match minute, Huayatayoc FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Zeledon Viator to maneuver through the defense. After 19 played minutes, Lazo's Adriana Matxin shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper José Torres came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Lazo reached it. Gervasio Rosio might have been able to make a better finish in the 24th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Eulalio Bermudo. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Gervasio Rosio ran back to his position shaking his head. Serafin Tome received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 29th minute. José Torres tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 30th match minute, Huayatayoc FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Geronimo Beat to maneuver through the defense. José Torres showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Victor Cebo in the 32nd minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Americo Santio in the 33rd minute of play forced Huayatayoc FC's goalkeeper José Torres to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 35th minute Serafin Tome shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but José Torres saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 42 minutes, Gervasio Rosio mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Huayatayoc FC and the Lazo players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Huayatayoc FC's Gervasio Rosio got a free kick in the 42nd minute. After having played for 45 minutes, Domingos Senin managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Huayatayoc FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Domingos Senin was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After the first half Lazo were leading 1-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Victor Cebo made a kick off. 56 minutes into the match, Huayatayoc FC's goal looked a bit too open when Victor Cebo came free, but José Torres reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 60th minute Gervasio Rosio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Eulalio Bermudo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The audience was convinced that Wincent Trzemzalski's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Eulalio Bermudo was relentless in the 65th minute of the game. The supporters of Huayatayoc FC booed when Lazo was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 67 match minutes in a wonderful position. Americo Santio didn't get a good kick on the ball. Huayatayoc FC's Jose Benvido was substituted for Domingos Senin. Huayatayoc FC made a substitution. Luciano Ado replaced Saverio Rocio. After 68 played minutes Lazo got a freekick which was hit by Americo Santio. In the 70th minute, Donato Seme hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The audience thought a goal was coming when Serafin Tome got free with José Torres in the 73rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. José Torres showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Americo Santio, who was totally free with the ball in the 75th minute. Wincent Trzemzalski received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 78th minute. Eulalio Bermudo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Jose Benvido sent away a hard shot on goal in the 80th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Wincent Trzemzalski sent away a hard shot on goal in the 92nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 94th minute, Wincent Trzemzalski got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal.
