In the 6th minute of the match Leon Izel shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Abel Abechuco showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Abel Abechuco showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Leandro Mendiko, who was totally free with the ball in the 25th minute. After a rather tough play, Piquilin FC's Abelardo Tulio got a free kick in the 26th minute. 28 minutes into the match, Club Atletico Boca Junior's Roberto Roland sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Abel Abechuco narrowly saved just below the crossbar. With a little luck, Piquilin FC's Abel Abechuco got control of the ball when Roberto Roland tried to sneak it across the goal line. If Roberto Roland had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 32nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Leandro Mendiko received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 33rd minute. Abel Abechuco tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A collision led to Piquilin FC getting a freekick after 34 minutes play. Daniel Firmin hit a great ball. In the 37th minute of the match, Leandro Mendiko tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Abel Abechuco saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. 38 minutes into the match, Club Atletico Boca Junior's Leandro Mendiko sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Abel Abechuco narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 41st minute Leandro Mendiko shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Abel Abechuco saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The ball went over the crossbar instead. When Roberto Roland came up free with the goalie in the 63rd minute, the Club Atletico Boca Junior fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Roberto Roland couldn't finish the play. Abel Abechuco didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Leandro Mendiko went, in the 64th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. In the 68th minute, Roque Lain got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Abel Abechuco had in the 71stth minute some difficulties stopping Leon Izel's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. Victor Egoitz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Primitivo Pirro in the 72nd minute of play. In the 82ndth minute of the game Leandro Mendiko who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Piquilin FC's Abel Abechuco was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Roberto Roland's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Abel Abechuco read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 84th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Piquilin FC's Anier Guillelmo got a free kick in the 84th minute. In the 85th minute, Leandro Mendiko made a precise shot to the right of Abel Abechuco. Piquilin FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-0. Leandro Mendiko sent away a hard shot on goal in the 89th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 90 played minutes Piquilin FC got a freekick which was hit by Daniel Firmin. A collision led to Club Atletico Boca Junior getting a freekick after 96 minutes play. Leandro Mendiko hit a great ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Primitivo Pirro in the 97th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Victor Egoitz prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 98th minute, Roque Lain hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Primitivo Pirro scored 2-1 in the 100th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Victor Egoitz, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Club Atletico Boca Junior had played much better football throughout.
