Matorrales AFC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Hernan Omero showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Kaupo Arak, who was totally free with the ball in the 14th minute. Esteve Orland kicked well hit freekick during the 20th minute of the match. Gilberto Enekoitz, 21 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. Felix Mero received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Anibal Louis came out and tried to block the shot, but Felix Mero slotted it home off the left post making it 2-1 in the 26th minute. Zeledon Ciano fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 29th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hernan Omero having to interfere. Segundo Frederico kicked well hit freekick during the 30th minute of the match. If Cristian Gau had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 31st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Maximo Leheren lost his temper 33 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. In a very dangerous position, a player in chiquitoman FC fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 32nd minute. Penalty! The goalkeeper, Anibal Louis, was totally fooled by Matorrales AFC's Ismael Monico, who 34 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 3-1 at half-time.

In a very dangerous position, a player in chiquitoman FC fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 51st minute. Penalty! In the 60th minute, Pascual Celino hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After some careless play in the chiquitoman FC defense, Ermegildo Sol kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Anibal Louis. The chiquitoman FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Anibal Louis should have stopped the shot. In the 65th minute, Kaupo Arak hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 71st minute, Gazanfer Özcan Turbay got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Ismael Monico's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Anibal Louis read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 76th minute of play. A collision led to Matorrales AFC getting a freekick after 79 minutes play. Esteve Orland hit a great ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 80th minute, Kaupo Arak managed to get in a good position for a shot. chiquitoman FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Kaupo Arak was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Hernan Omero breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The Matorrales AFC fans' excitement grew in the 86th match minute when Matorrales AFC's Felix Mero looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 6-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. In the 92nd minute Felix Mero shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Anibal Louis saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Matorrales AFC walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
