Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) In the 4th minute, Matará's Genaro Iigo dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-0. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Damian Cordarius during the 7th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 8th minute, Damian Cordarius hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Ceferino Vidal made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Eriberto Cheche in the 9th minute of play. In the 10th minute, Chapaleofú AFC's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Genaro Iigo fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Eriberto Cheche struck a weak shot in the 11th minute. Ceferino Vidal didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Matará. Ceferino Vidal made an important save on a dangerous shot by Eriberto Cheche in the 13th minute. Chapaleofú AFC's Ceferino Vidal played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eriberto Cheche in the 15th minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Genaro Iigo got free with Ceferino Vidal in the 19th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. When Ramiro Nalo came up free with the goalie in the 20th minute, the Chapaleofú AFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ramiro Nalo couldn't finish the play. 22 minutes into the match, Chapaleofú AFC's goalkeeper Ceferino Vidal had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Eriberto Cheche. After 23 played minutes Matará got a freekick which was hit by Rolando Austin. Astor Nastasio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 29th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Emilio Eyague having to interfere. Constantino Bartolome could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 37th minute of the match, but Ceferino Vidal made a huge save. After some careless play in the Chapaleofú AFC defense, Genaro Iigo kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Ceferino Vidal. The Chapaleofú AFC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Ceferino Vidal should have stopped the shot. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

The supporters of Matará booed when Chapaleofú AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 61 match minutes in a wonderful position. Constantino Bilintx didn't get a good kick on the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Eriberto Cheche in the 65th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ceferino Vidal prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Constantino Bilintx was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 71 minutes into the match. After a rather tough play, Chapaleofú AFC's Constantino Bilintx got a free kick in the 72nd minute. Santo Cordaro kicked well hit freekick during the 74th minute of the match. Eriberto Cheche received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 77th minute. Ceferino Vidal tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With a little luck, Matará's Emilio Eyague got control of the ball when Astor Nastasio tried to sneak it across the goal line. Astor Nastasio struck a weak shot in the 84th minute. Emilio Eyague didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Chapaleofú AFC. After 90 minutes of play, Matará's Eriberto Cheche made it 4-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Ceferino Vidal was left in no man's land by his defense there! The supporters of Chapaleofú AFC booed when Matará was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 95 match minutes in a wonderful position. Saturnino Evangelista didn't get a good kick on the ball. When the referee ended the match the Matará players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
