In the 25th match minute, Comunicaciones Córdoba was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cipriano Uhin to maneuver through the defense. Eustacio Iago fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 27th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nicasio Napier having to interfere. Francisco Alvarez FC's Dalmacio Hermon managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Filiberto Barros in the 32 minute of the game. After a defensive mix-up in Comunicaciones Córdoba's zone, German Gregory stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Nicasio Napier came out of the goal and German Gregory tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell German Gregory to make the kick off. Santos Pacifico recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 51st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. German Gregory sent away a hard shot on goal in the 62nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After having played for 65 minutes, German Gregory managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Francisco Alvarez FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but German Gregory was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 69th minute there was a penalty for Francisco Alvarez FC. Enzo Faro stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Nicasio Napier. 1-0. In the 76th match minute, Comunicaciones Córdoba was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Filiberto Barros to maneuver through the defense. When Eustacio Iago came up free with the goalie in the 83rd minute, the Francisco Alvarez FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Eustacio Iago couldn't finish the play. When Cipriano Uhin was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 84 minutes had been played. Eustacio Iago might have been able to make a better finish in the 89th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Nicasio Napier. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Eustacio Iago ran back to his position shaking his head. Primitivo Mikolas sent away a hard shot on goal in the 91st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Everardo Kiliz came up free with the goalie in the 93rd minute, the Comunicaciones Córdoba fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Everardo Kiliz couldn't finish the play. After 95 played minutes Comunicaciones Córdoba got a freekick which was hit by Everardo Kiliz. There was no doubt that Francisco Alvarez FC were the better team. Francisco Alvarez FC's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
