Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Geronimo Clis started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ruben Constancio in the 3rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Eliseo Eduino saved Galacticos FC from getting behind. In the 6th minute, Gualterio Millrick hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a defensive mix-up in Galacticos FC's zone, Delmiro Ortzi stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Eliseo Eduino came out of the goal and Delmiro Ortzi tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After a rather tough play, Galacticos FC's Amadeo Herena got a free kick in the 11th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 12th minute, Ulises Fernanco managed to get in a good position for a shot. Ruta 8's supporters rose to their feet, but Ulises Fernanco was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Eliseo Eduino breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The Ruta 8 fans' excitement grew in the 19th match minute when Ruta 8's Ruben Constancio looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. An unexpectedly hard shot by Geronimo Clis in the 23rd minute of play forced Ruta 8's goalkeeper Conrado Goito to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Penalty! 29 minutes into the match, Ruta 8's goalkeeper Conrado Goito had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Julio Castulo. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ruben Constancio in the 30th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Eliseo Eduino prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Ruben Constancio received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 32nd minute. Eliseo Eduino tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Geronimo Clis in the 35th minute of play forced Ruta 8's goalkeeper Conrado Goito to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Benicio Bartuelo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 40th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Eliseo Eduino having to interfere. Delmiro Ortzi's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Eliseo Eduino read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 42nd minute of play. Conrado Goito made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Geronimo Clis in the 45th minute of play. The referee showed Eleuterio Marquez the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Conrado Goito showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Geronimo Clis in the 81st minute of the match.
