Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Silvestre Salvadore fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 10th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Honorato Eufemio having to interfere. Menucos FC's Pascual Txerran got a good chance for a goal in the 13th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When Candido Hernandez came up free with the goalie in the 20th minute, the Conectados FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Candido Hernandez couldn't finish the play. Anier Lordi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 21st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Honorato Eufemio having to interfere. Menucos FC's Honorato Eufemio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Candido Hernandez in the 23rd minute of play. After a rather tough play, Menucos FC's Osvaldo Mendez got a free kick in the 23rd minute. Pascual Txerran sent away a hard shot on goal in the 30th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Candido Hernandez made a kick off. Honorato Eufemio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Candido Hernandez in the 52nd minute of play. Pascual Txerran recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 55th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 56th minute, Braulio Blanco managed to get in a good position for a shot. Menucos FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Braulio Blanco was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Celso Ponciano breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 59 minutes into the match, Menucos FC's goal looked a bit too open when Candido Hernandez came free, but Honorato Eufemio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 61stth minute of the game Candido Hernandez who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Menucos FC's Honorato Eufemio was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After a rather tough play, Menucos FC's Osvaldo Mendez got a free kick in the 61st minute. 64 minutes into the match, Menucos FC's goal looked a bit too open when Candido Hernandez came free, but Honorato Eufemio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Honorato Eufemio didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Conectados FC. Conectados FC's Celso Ponciano proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 89th minute of the match, managed to save Conectados FC from getting a goal against them. Celso Ponciano came out of the goal in the 93rd minute to try and stop a shot by Menucos FC's Pascual Txerran. But to his dismay, Pascual Txerran quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. In the 96th minute, Osvaldo Mendez hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field.
