In the 4th match minute, Miramar was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Maximo Hever to maneuver through the defense. 8 minutes into the match, Luchertola FC's goalkeeper Salvador Qwinton had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Abelardo Hernando. 12 minutes into the match, Luchertola FC's Camilo Cortez sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Gilberto Martxelin narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Salvador Qwinton made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Patricio Gilabert in the 15th minute of play. Camilo Cortez charged in rather forcefully in the 16th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Camilo Cortez the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Luchertola FC's Camilo Cortez got a free kick in the 16th minute. Camilo Cortez hit a great freekick 19 minutes into the match. Patricio Gilabert took the ball and in the 28 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Salvador Qwinton. Salvador Qwinton dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. Salvador Qwinton showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Patricio Gilabert, who was totally free with the ball in the 36th minute. 39 minutes in the game Arsenio Patxi did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Maximo Hever. Ildefonso Oso sent away a hard shot on goal in the 42nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Maximiliano Abreu struck a weak shot in the 43rd minute. Gilberto Martxelin didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Luchertola FC. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Maximiliano Abreu made a kick off. Jeronimo Weather sent away a hard shot on goal in the 52nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Silvestre Fix fell near the penalty area in the 53rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Miramar's protests and gave Silvestre Fix a yellow card for diving instead. In the 53rd match minute, Miramar was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Silvestre Fix to maneuver through the defense. After 59 played minutes Luchertola FC got a freekick which was hit by Amancio Otsando. In the 71st minute Patricio Gilabert shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Salvador Qwinton saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Felix Lope kicked well hit freekick during the 74th minute of the match. The long shot by Camilo Cortez in the 75th minute really tested Gilberto Martxelin's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ildefonso Oso got free with Gilberto Martxelin in the 77th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After some fancy dribbling in the 82nd minute, Maximiliano Abreu managed to get in a good position for a shot. Luchertola FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Maximiliano Abreu was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Gilberto Martxelin breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Gilberto Martxelin didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Maximiliano Abreu went, in the 85th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-1 was the resulting score. 92 minutes into the match, Abelardo Hernando had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Salvador Qwinton. Luchertola FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Abelardo Hernando was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-1. Gilberto Martxelin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Maximiliano Abreu in the 96th minute of play. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Miramar fans cheered their team off the field, for while Luchertola FC had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
