Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Sigvard Östlund started the match with the kick off. Curhuani AFC's German Haritzeder played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Aristides Abeitia in the 6th minute of play. German Haritzeder came out of the goal in the 9th minute to try and stop a shot by Club Deportivo Sánchez's Aristides Abeitia. But to his dismay, Aristides Abeitia quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. In the 14th minute Sigvard Östlund shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but German Haritzeder saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Sigvard Östlund took the ball and in the 19 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised German Haritzeder. German Haritzeder dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. In the 23rd minute, Lorenzo Chesus made a precise shot to the right of German Haritzeder. Curhuani AFC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-3. German Haritzeder made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lorenzo Chesus in the 26th minute of play. Curhuani AFC's German Haritzeder played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lorenzo Chesus in the 29th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Aristides Abeitia in the 32nd minute of play forced Curhuani AFC's goalkeeper German Haritzeder to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Club Deportivo Sánchez's Generoso Viator suffered a sore thigh after 34 minutes and couldn't finish the game. When Martin Lluques fell near the penalty area in the 34th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Curhuani AFC's protests and gave Martin Lluques a yellow card for diving instead. Edelmiro Abastas made an important save on a dangerous shot by Eugenio Lugo in the 40th minute. German Haritzeder showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Aristides Abeitia, who was totally free with the ball in the 44th minute. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-3 lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Teodosio Sanson was the one to do the kick off. Nardo Obiaga blasted a shot towards the goal in the 52nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Edelmiro Abastas having to make a save. German Haritzeder made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sigvard Östlund in the 56th minute of play. The referee felt a red card was in order, 61 minutes into the game, when Martin Lluques put in a rough tackle. The supporters of Club Deportivo Sánchez booed when Curhuani AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 62 match minutes in a wonderful position. Martin Lluques didn't get a good kick on the ball. Anthon Nilsson struck a weak shot in the 62nd minute. German Haritzeder didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Club Deportivo Sánchez. The audience thought a goal was coming when Lorenzo Chesus got free with German Haritzeder in the 64th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 67 minutes into the game, Lorenzo Chesus recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of German Haritzeder. Lorenzo Chesus showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-5. German Haritzeder didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Aristides Abeitia went, in the 77th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-6 was the resulting score. In the 80th minute of the match, Leandro Azeari got a very nice opportunity to score, but German Haritzeder was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Eugenio Lugo charged in rather forcefully in the 81st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Eugenio Lugo the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Club Deportivo Sánchez booed when Curhuani AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 81 match minutes in a wonderful position. Eugenio Lugo didn't get a good kick on the ball. German Haritzeder made a fantastic save in the 84th minute, when Leandro Azeari sent off a good shot on target. Lorenzo Chesus recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 88th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Curhuani AFC's German Haritzeder played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Aristides Abeitia in the 90th minute of play. Lorenzo Chesus could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 91st minute of the match, but German Haritzeder made a huge save. When the match was over Club Deportivo Sánchez could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Curhuani AFC throughout the match.
