But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Mario Servando couldn't finish the play. In the 13th minute, Tiburcio Ponciano hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The long shot by Jesus Montez in the 14th minute really tested Lázaro Birjaio's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. Robustiano Tono kicked well hit freekick during the 16th minute of the match. A collision led to Sundblad getting a freekick after 16 minutes play. Francisco Maxin hit a great ball. 18 minutes into the game, Orlando Llorienzo cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-0. Lázaro Birjaio was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 25th minute, Ochoa F.C.'s Orlando Llorienzo dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-0. Sundblad's Lázaro Birjaio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ulises Bastiaro in the 32nd minute of play. Orlando Llorienzo succeeded in the game's 35th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 3-0. Roque Resto fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 39th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Diego Orlondo having to interfere. In the 40th minute, Mario Servando hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Faustino Gaztea charged in rather forcefully in the 41st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Faustino Gaztea the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Sundblad booed when Ochoa F.C. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 41 match minutes in a wonderful position. Faustino Gaztea didn't get a good kick on the ball. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 3-0 at half-time.

The wind increased when Arnulfo Roldanillo made the kick off in the second half. After a rather tough play, Ochoa F.C.'s Orlando Llorienzo got a free kick in the 54th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 62nd minute, Arnulfo Roldanillo managed to get in a good position for a shot. Sundblad's supporters rose to their feet, but Arnulfo Roldanillo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Diego Orlondo breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The Sundblad fans' excitement grew in the 64th match minute when Sundblad's Arnulfo Roldanillo looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 3-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Sundblad's Lázaro Birjaio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Orlando Llorienzo in the 67th minute of play. Lázaro Birjaio showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Orlando Llorienzo in the 86th minute of the match. The Ochoa F.C. fans cheered their team off the field, for while Sundblad had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
