Ochoa F.C.'s Octavio Sotero got a good chance for a goal in the 5th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Orlando Llorienzo who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 10thth minute tested the skills of Everardo Mercurio when he managed to save the team from getting behind. The supporters of Ochoa F.C. booed when Once Robles was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 14 match minutes in a wonderful position. Feliberto Paio didn't get a good kick on the ball. Once Robles's Everardo Mercurio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Orlando Llorienzo in the 18th minute of play. Orlando Llorienzo struck a weak shot in the 21st minute. Everardo Mercurio didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Ochoa F.C.. If Ariel Umea had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 24th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Orlando Llorienzo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 26th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Ariel Umea kicked well hit freekick during the 34th minute of the match. A collision led to Once Robles getting a freekick after 37 minutes play. Cristian Arotza hit a great ball. Octavio Sotero received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 39th minute. Everardo Mercurio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 43rd minute, Santos Nel hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Orlando Llorienzo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 45th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a defensive mix-up in Once Robles's zone, Mario Servando stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Everardo Mercurio came out of the goal and Mario Servando tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Hipolito Eate made a kick off. If Ulises Bastiaro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 54th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. If Orlando Llorienzo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 55th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 57th minute, Ulises Bastiaro made a precise shot to the right of Everardo Mercurio. Once Robles's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-0. Mario Servando hit a great freekick 60 minutes into the match. Octavio Sotero kicked well hit freekick during the 63rd minute of the match. In the 66thth minute of the game Orlando Llorienzo who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Once Robles's Everardo Mercurio was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After having played for 68 minutes, Orlando Llorienzo managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Ochoa F.C.'s supporters crossed their fingers, but Orlando Llorienzo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 71 minutes into the match, Orlando Llorienzo notched a goal, 2-0, to the right of Once Robles's Everardo Mercurio. Everardo Mercurio was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Cristian Arotza hit a great freekick 76 minutes into the match. Hipolito Eate fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 80th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Diego Orlondo having to interfere. 85 minutes into the match, Orlando Llorienzo had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Everardo Mercurio. Once Robles's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Orlando Llorienzo was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-0. Ochoa F.C.'s Ulises Bastiaro got a good chance for a goal in the 89th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Diego Orlondo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Hipolito Eate, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Orlando Llorienzo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 93rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Orlando Llorienzo in the 96th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Everardo Mercurio prevented the ball from getting in the gole. There was no doubt that Ochoa F.C. were the better team. Ochoa F.C.'s players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
