A collision led to Lobos getting a freekick after 4 minutes play. Gavino Bikendi hit a great ball. 5 minutes into the match, Lobos's goal looked a bit too open when Rıfat Demirbaş came free, but Desiderio Veronica reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Leopoldo Aztore fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 8th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Florentino Otsoko having to interfere. After 10 minutes, Leopoldo Aztore made it 1-0 with a short kick to the right side. Alanices's Florentino Otsoko tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Hilario Theobald in the 13th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Florentino Otsoko prevented the ball from getting in the gole. An unexpectedly hard shot by Hilario Theobald in the 15th minute of play forced Alanices's goalkeeper Florentino Otsoko to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 17th minute Hilario Theobald shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Florentino Otsoko saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Desiderio Veronica made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Severino Franco in the 20th minute of play. Through an outstanding action, after 22 minutes, Florentino Otsoko successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Danilo Eutropio hit a great freekick 23 minutes into the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 24th minute, Angelo Roano managed to get in a good position for a shot. Alanices's supporters rose to their feet, but Angelo Roano was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Desiderio Veronica breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Feliciano Firme took the ball and in the 27 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Desiderio Veronica. Desiderio Veronica dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. Rıfat Demirbaş recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 30th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Hilario Theobald had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 32nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Florentino Otsoko didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Leopoldo Aztore went, in the 33rd minute, to the upper right corner, 2-1 was the resulting score. Desiderio Veronica was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 48 minutes into the game, Alanices's Rıfat Demirbaş nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Desiderio Veronica made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-3.
The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Hilario Theobald was the one to do the kick off. When Severino Franco came up free with the goalie in the 61st minute, the Alanices fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Severino Franco couldn't finish the play. Feliciano Firme sent away a hard shot on goal in the 62nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Florentino Otsoko took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Leopoldo Aztore, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After having played for 70 minutes, Rıfat Demirbaş managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Alanices's supporters crossed their fingers, but Rıfat Demirbaş was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After a rather tough play, Alanices's Vidal Acevez got a free kick in the 72nd minute. Alanices's Jacobo Pancho got a good chance for a goal in the 75th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Leo Mercurio charged in rather forcefully in the 78th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Leo Mercurio the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Angelo Roano shot the penalty kick right outside the post. Florentino Otsoko made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Leopoldo Aztore in the 83rd minute of play.
