Aquilino Iyan hit a great freekick 6 minutes into the match. Maximino Santos made a fantastic save in the 7th minute, when Julio Chucho sent off a good shot on target. With a little luck, Joyango AFC's Maximino Santos got control of the ball when Julio Chucho tried to sneak it across the goal line. 16 minutes into the match, Joyango AFC's goalkeeper Maximino Santos had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Clemente Gorbea. Aquiles Rey kicked well hit freekick during the 20th minute of the match. Joaquin Enaut hit a great freekick 26 minutes into the match. Elvio Isauro hit a great freekick 30 minutes into the match. After 33rd play minutes Julio Chucho shot 1-0, a short shot which went by Maximino Santos and just under the crossbar into goal. Elvio Isauro sent away a hard shot on goal in the 36th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Andres Brion struck a weak shot in the 40th minute. Maximino Santos didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Lumbreras. 41 minutes into the match, Lumbreras's Julio Chucho sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Maximino Santos narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Teodosio Dolfo in the 48th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Maximino Santos prevented the ball from getting in the gole. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.
The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Andres Brion was the one to do the kick off. After 58 played minutes Joyango AFC got a freekick which was hit by Ciro Fresco. After a rather tough play, Lumbreras's Lino Muno got a free kick in the 62nd minute. After 68 minutes, Silvio Felipo mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Joyango AFC and the Lumbreras players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Joyango AFC getting a freekick after 69 minutes play. Silvio Felipo hit a great ball. 69 minutes into the match, Joyango AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Julio Chucho came free, but Maximino Santos reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Teodosio Dolfo's late challenge caught a Joyango AFC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Teodosio Dolfo helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Lumbreras's Teodosio Dolfo got a free kick in the 71st minute. After a defensive mix-up in Lumbreras's zone, Roque Feliz stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jeremias Abeitia came out of the goal and Roque Feliz tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Ciro Fresco charged in rather forcefully in the 79th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Ciro Fresco the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 80 played minutes Joyango AFC got a freekick which was hit by Ciro Fresco. With a little luck, Lumbreras's Jeremias Abeitia got control of the ball when Aquiles Rey tried to sneak it across the goal line. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Lumbreras fully deserved thier win.
