Eusebio Joey showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Oscar Beltran, who was totally free with the ball in the 24th minute. 26 minutes into the game, Derby County FC's Oscar Beltran nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Flavio Bermund could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 31st minute of the match, but Pedro Eate made a huge save. Honorio Weather received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 32nd minute. Pedro Eate tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 36 minutes into the match, Fc COLON's goal looked a bit too open when Valentin Ekialde came free, but Eusebio Joey reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Oscar Beltran was the one to do the kick off. Eusebio Joey was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Valentin Ekialde showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-4 in the 53 minute of play. Freddy Espiridion struck a weak shot in the 57th minute. Eusebio Joey didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Derby County FC. 63 minutes into the match, Fc COLON's goalkeeper Eusebio Joey had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Oscar Beltran. After some fancy dribbling in the 66th minute, Valentin Ekialde managed to get in a good position for a shot. Derby County FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Valentin Ekialde was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Eusebio Joey breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 67 minutes into the game, Rodrigo Gasteiz was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Fc COLON's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Derby County FC the free kick. Derby County FC's Valentin Ekialde got a good chance for a goal in the 69th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After 71st play minutes Oscar Beltran shot 0-5, a short shot which went by Eusebio Joey and just under the crossbar into goal. Freddy Espiridion could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 77th minute of the match, but Eusebio Joey made a huge save. In the 80th minute, Derby County FC's Valentin Ekialde dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-6. Eusebio Joey made a fantastic save in the 84th minute, when Oscar Beltran sent off a good shot on target. Valentin Ekialde sent away a hard shot on goal in the 85th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Valentin Ekialde fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 95th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Eusebio Joey having to interfere. Eusebio Joey acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 98th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Codrin Bălașa.
