Cristo Silban recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 16th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Cristo Silban had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 18th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 24th match minute, Aguayo was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Fidel Jago to maneuver through the defense. Everardo Gaztea hit a great freekick 25 minutes into the match. In the 26th minute of the match Amado Ekaitz shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Amancio Millan showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Amancio Millan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ceferino Urtungo in the 28th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Aguayo's Cristo Silban got a free kick in the 31st minute. Tiburcio Virila showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Luís Guilherme Azevedo in the 33rd minute of the match. Amancio Millan didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Amado Ekaitz went, in the 35th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-2 was the resulting score. After some fancy dribbling in the 40th minute, Cristo Silban managed to get in a good position for a shot. Aguayo's supporters rose to their feet, but Cristo Silban was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Tiburcio Virila breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 41st minute, Amamá's Gaspar Duarte seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Gaspar Duarte the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Amamá protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Gaspar Duarte had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. Gaspar Duarte hit a great freekick 42 minutes into the match. The supporters of Aguayo booed when Amamá was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 45 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ermegildo Arnas didn't get a good kick on the ball. Disappointed in the 1-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Luís Guilherme Azevedo to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd minute, Ceferino Urtungo got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 58 minutes of play, Aguayo's Siro Joanes made it 2-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Tiburcio Virila was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 61st minute, Fidel Jago got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Fidel Jago in the 64th minute of play forced Amamá's goalkeeper Tiburcio Virila to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 67th minute Luís Guilherme Azevedo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tiburcio Virila saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Amamá's Tiburcio Virila played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Siro Joanes in the 68th minute of play. In the 70th minute Luís Guilherme Azevedo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tiburcio Virila saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Everardo Gaztea hit a great freekick 71 minutes into the match. In the 77th minute, Luís Guilherme Azevedo made a precise shot to the right of Tiburcio Virila. Amamá's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-2. Everardo Gaztea kicked well hit freekick during the 79th minute of the match. In the 81st match minute, Aguayo was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cristo Silban to maneuver through the defense. In the 85th minute, Fidel Jago made a precise shot to the right of Tiburcio Virila. Amamá's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 4-2. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Ceferino Urtungo during the 89th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Tiburcio Virila showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Fidel Jago in the 90th minute of the match. 97 minutes into the match, Amamá's goal looked a bit too open when Fidel Jago came free, but Tiburcio Virila reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 98th minute of the match Aguayo got a corner. Amamá's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Luís Guilherme Azevedo ran over to the corner to take the kick. A collision led to Aguayo getting a freekick after 98 minutes play. Martino Mazmela hit a great ball. Martino Mazmela stood ready after the free kick and tried to head the ball into the goal, but got pushed from behind by one of Amamá's defenders and the ball went out. Aguayo appealed in vain for a penalty, the referee looked over at the linesman, but the flag stayed down. No Penalty. When the referee ended the match the Aguayo players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
