In the last second Dario Liberto throw himself and got hold of the ball when Nico Rhinow in the 12thth minute from his position got away a shot towards the right post. Dario Liberto took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Nico Rhinow, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 16th minute, one of Caimancito:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Caimancito. Erasmo Satordi kicked well hit freekick during the 20th minute of the match. If Ivan Venerando had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 22nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 33rd minute of the match Isidro Misael sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Severiano Rito skillfully saved the ball. Ambrosio Ponce sent away a hard shot on goal in the 34th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The audience was convinced that Silvestre Lander's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Severiano Rito was relentless in the 38th minute of the game. In the 41st minute Silvestre Lander shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Severiano Rito saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

The wind increased when Nico Rhinow made the kick off in the second half. Silvestre Lander fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 52nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Severiano Rito having to interfere. Caimancito's Silvestre Lander got a good chance for a goal in the 54th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Severiano Rito made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ambrosio Ponce in the 55th minute of play. In the 60thth minute of the game Nico Rhinow who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Caimancito's Dario Liberto was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Ambrosio Ponce was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 61st minute. Caimancito's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. In the 62ndth minute of the game Nico Rhinow who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Caimancito's Dario Liberto was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After 65 played minutes Caimancito got a freekick which was hit by Benito Misael. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ambrosio Ponce in the 67th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Severiano Rito saved Boca Unidos V.C. from getting behind. An unexpectedly hard shot by Nico Rhinow in the 73rd minute of play forced Caimancito's goalkeeper Dario Liberto to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Aquilino Costante in the 76th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Dario Liberto prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Severiano Rito made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ambrosio Ponce in the 82nd minute of play. Dario Liberto made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Aquilino Costante in the 87th minute of play. 89 minutes into the game, Caimancito's Silvestre Lander nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Severiano Rito made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-2. Dario Liberto showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Nico Rhinow in the 94th minute of the match. In the 95thth minute of the game Nico Rhinow who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Caimancito's Dario Liberto was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Caimancito eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
