Roberto Jaunzuria was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 19th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. Guillermo Evarado kicked well hit freekick during the 20th minute of the match. After 21 played minutes Popoy AFC got a freekick which was hit by Reynaldo Fidencio. Leopoldo Tancredo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 24th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Narciso Beturian having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 25th minute, Melchor Oliveiro managed to get in a good position for a shot. Atletico Club Irlandes's supporters rose to their feet, but Melchor Oliveiro was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Narciso Beturian breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The Atletico Club Irlandes fans' excitement grew in the 27th match minute when Atletico Club Irlandes's Melchor Oliveiro looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Guillermo Evarado in the 54th minute of play forced Atletico Club Irlandes's goalkeeper Dalmacio Txerran to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 56 minutes into the match, Popoy AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Melchor Oliveiro came free, but Narciso Beturian reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 61 minutes into the match, Atletico Club Irlandes's goal looked a bit too open when Nicolas Munio came free, but Dalmacio Txerran reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Narciso Beturian didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Leopoldo Tancredo went, in the 69th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-4 was the resulting score. Narciso Beturian took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Melchor Oliveiro, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Leopoldo Tancredo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 74th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 78 minutes into the match, Atletico Club Irlandes's goal looked a bit too open when Isidoro Dabi came free, but Dalmacio Txerran reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Leopoldo Tancredo's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Narciso Beturian read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 79th minute of play. After 83 played minutes Popoy AFC got a freekick which was hit by Reynaldo Fidencio. Popoy AFC's Narciso Beturian played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Melchor Oliveiro in the 88th minute of play. In the 92nd minute, Atletico Club Irlandes's Melchor Oliveiro dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-5.
