Jorge Fernendo came out of the goal in the 13th minute to try and stop a shot by Manchester City's Eloy Justin. But to his dismay, Eloy Justin quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. After a rather tough play, Rojocapo's Aquiles Guillelme got a free kick in the 18th minute. After 19 played minutes Manchester City got a freekick which was hit by Eloy Justin. Apolo Larpe was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Conrado Godoy showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-1 in the 20 minute of play. In the 23rd minute Conrado Godoy shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Apolo Larpe saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Aquiles Guillelme hit a great freekick 31 minutes into the match. Eloy Justin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 34th minute. Jorge Fernendo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Apolo Larpe was a little too slow when Conrado Godoy got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 36th minute. The score was now 2-1. When Ladislao Quintana fell near the penalty area in the 39th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Manchester City's protests and gave Ladislao Quintana a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Manchester City's Ladislao Quintana got a free kick in the 39th minute. Ladislao Quintana fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 42nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jorge Fernendo having to interfere. Jorge Fernendo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ladislao Quintana, who was totally free with the ball in the 45th minute. In the 46th minute, Aquiles Guillelme hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Eloy Justin to make the kick off. After having played for 53 minutes, Federico Joanes managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Manchester City's supporters crossed their fingers, but Federico Joanes was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. A collision led to Rojocapo getting a freekick after 58 minutes play. Conrado Godoy hit a great ball. In the 62nd match minute, Manchester City was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Eloy Justin to maneuver through the defense. Walder Jægerstrup hit a great freekick 72 minutes into the match. Rojocapo's Jorge Fernendo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eloy Justin in the 74th minute of play. 75 minutes into the match, Manchester City's goal looked a bit too open when Walder Jægerstrup came free, but Apolo Larpe reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Apolo Larpe made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from 吕响钢 in the 77th minute of play. Aquiles Guillelme's late challenge caught a Manchester City's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Aquiles Guillelme helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Manchester City booed when Rojocapo was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 77 match minutes in a wonderful position. Aquiles Guillelme didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 86th minute, Damian Shantala hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 89th minute, Federico Joanes fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Jorge Fernendo, passed just outside the right post. Eloy Justin received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Jorge Fernendo came out and tried to block the shot, but Eloy Justin slotted it home off the left post making it 2-2 in the 90th minute. Rojocapo succeeded in salvaging a draw, even though Manchester City had controlled the match.
