Aaron Salvator sent away a hard shot on goal in the 35th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The crowd rose to their feet as Arano AFC's Aurelio Baristo slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Travis Tomlin. That made the score 2-0 after 42 minutes of play. The supporters of Arano AFC booed when Rivadavia Necochea was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 45 match minutes in a wonderful position. Robustiano Endura didn't get a good kick on the ball. Travis Tomlin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Honorato Carlomagno in the 47th minute of the match. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Aaron Salvator made a kick off. If Damian Rainerio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 51st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 56th minute, Atilano Fidele got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When Rivadavia Necochea's Aaron Salvator in the 57th minute got a chance for a shot 57th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. In the 71st minute the ball was on its way in behind Arano AFC's goalkeeper Vinicio Sengrat, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Virgilio Edorta could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 75th minute of the match, but Vinicio Sengrat made a huge save. Virgilio Edorta fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 78th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Vinicio Sengrat having to interfere. When Virgilio Edorta came up free with the goalie in the 80th minute, the Rivadavia Necochea fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Virgilio Edorta couldn't finish the play. Rivadavia Necochea's Travis Tomlin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Melchor Pasqual in the 87th minute of play. Travis Tomlin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Honorato Carlomagno in the 91st minute of the match. Albino Satordi hit a great freekick 93 minutes into the match. The Arano AFC players were eager to celebrate when the final whistle sounded. They had somehow managed to win, even though the away team had held the majority of the possession.
