In the 14th minute Stelios Giannakopoulos shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Efrain Franco saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 17 minutes into the game, Mariano Mattin was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Deportivo Argentina's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Muñoz AFC the free kick. Mariano Mattin kicked well hit freekick during the 18th minute of the match. Deportivo Argentina's Mariano Mattin got his second yellow card of the match in the 26th minute. The referee ordered Mariano Mattin off the ground. A collision led to Deportivo Argentina getting a freekick after 26 minutes play. Mariano Mattin hit a great ball. Zsigmond Fehér fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 28th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Elivélton Galvão having to interfere. 32 minutes into the match, Deportivo Argentina's goal looked a bit too open when Gaudencio Cordearo came free, but Elivélton Galvão reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Zsigmond Fehér was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 37th minute. Muñoz AFC's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

Elivélton Galvão showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Teofilo Rencio in the 51st minute of the match. 52 minutes into the game, Apolo Paul was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Deportivo Argentina's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Muñoz AFC the free kick. In the 53rd minute, Apolo Paul hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 54thth minute of the game Zsigmond Fehér who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Deportivo Argentina's Elivélton Galvão was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. When the match had gone on for 55 minutes, Zsigmond Fehér put it in 1-1 from a short distance just to the right of Elivélton Galvão. Ezequiel Calixto received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 58th minute. Elivélton Galvão tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 60 played minutes Deportivo Argentina got a freekick which was hit by Apolo Paul. The audience thought a goal was coming when Apolo Paul got free with Efrain Franco in the 66th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Zsigmond Fehér received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 68th minute. Elivélton Galvão tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 71st minute, Vinicio Berto hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 73 played minutes Deportivo Argentina got a freekick which was hit by Vinicio Berto. Deportivo Argentina's Elivélton Galvão played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Zsigmond Fehér in the 77th minute of play. After 80 played minutes Muñoz AFC got a freekick which was hit by Franck Everts. The supporters of Deportivo Argentina booed when Muñoz AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 96 match minutes in a wonderful position. Franck Everts didn't get a good kick on the ball. Muñoz AFC's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
