Herminio Pacorro kicked well hit freekick during the 6th minute of the match. A collision led to Albany FC getting a freekick after 9 minutes play. Ramiro Dominix hit a great ball. If Adolfo Steven had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 10th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 15 minutes into the match, Adolfo Steven notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Albany FC's Esteve Gilen. Esteve Gilen was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Adolfo Steven sent away a hard shot on goal in the 18th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 24 minutes into the game, Elvio Tolino was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Club Atlético Marakarez's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Albany FC the free kick. After a rather tough play, Club Atlético Marakarez's Elvio Tolino got a free kick in the 24th minute. Ceferino Luix recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 24th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The supporters of Club Atlético Marakarez booed when Albany FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 30 match minutes in a wonderful position. Geronimo Cordeal didn't get a good kick on the ball. Club Atlético Marakarez's Cayetano Isadore proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 33rd minute of the match, managed to save Club Atlético Marakarez from getting a goal against them. In the 42nd minute, Aldo Rosalio got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 44 minutes into the game, Antonio Mikeldi recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Cayetano Isadore. Antonio Mikeldi showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-1. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.
Club Atlético Marakarez made a substitution. Leo Montrel replaced Urbano Musko. Rogelio Luke hit a great freekick 52 minutes into the match. After having played for 55 minutes, Adolfo Steven managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Club Atlético Marakarez's supporters crossed their fingers, but Adolfo Steven was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Antonio Mikeldi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 61st minute. Cayetano Isadore tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Francisco Hori scored 2-1 in the 62nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Cayetano Isadore, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Ceferino Luix recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 66th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 67th match minute, Club Atlético Marakarez was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Primitivo Etxepare to maneuver through the defense. Antonio Mikeldi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 68th minute. Cayetano Isadore tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When the match had gone on for 71 minutes, Antonio Mikeldi put it in 3-1 from a short distance just to the right of Cayetano Isadore. Rogelio Luke charged in rather forcefully in the 74th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Rogelio Luke the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 74th match minute, Albany FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rogelio Luke to maneuver through the defense. Antonio Mikeldi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 77th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Cayetano Isadore showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Antonio Mikeldi, who was totally free with the ball in the 78th minute. 81 minutes into the game, Elvio Tolino threw the ball into play from the sideline. Antonio Mikeldi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 88th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cayetano Isadore having to interfere. Albany FC's Aldo Rosalio got a good chance for a goal in the 90th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The supporters of Albany FC booed when Club Atlético Marakarez was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 92 match minutes in a wonderful position. Primitivo Etxepare didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ceferino Luix was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 92nd played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Antonio Mikeldi in the 94th minute of play forced Club Atlético Marakarez's goalkeeper Cayetano Isadore to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 96 minutes into the game, Elvio Tolino threw the ball into play from the sideline. Albany FC's Andres Felipillo quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. Albany FC walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
