The audience thought a goal was coming when Francisco Hori got free with Melquiades Fix in the 8th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 9th match minute, LA NARANJA MECANICA was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Godfredo Frederico to maneuver through the defense. In the 14thth minute of the game 姜烽然 who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Albany FC's Esteve Gilen was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Fabricio Fortun in the 21st minute of play forced Albany FC's goalkeeper Esteve Gilen to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 23rd minute Godfredo Frederico shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Esteve Gilen saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 24th minute, 姜烽然 ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Esteve Gilen was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. Francisco Hori fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 31st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Melquiades Fix having to interfere. With a little luck, LA NARANJA MECANICA's Melquiades Fix got control of the ball when Francisco Hori tried to sneak it across the goal line. Albany FC's Antonio Mikeldi got a good chance for a goal in the 37th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Melquiades Fix made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ceferino Luix in the 38th minute of play. Antonio Mikeldi struck a weak shot in the 40th minute. Melquiades Fix didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Albany FC. Aldo Rosalio might have been able to make a better finish in the 43rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Melquiades Fix. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Aldo Rosalio ran back to his position shaking his head.

The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Rosendo Bemabe during the 51st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 51st minute, Rosendo Bemabe hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Hernan Jakes fell near the penalty area in the 52nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored LA NARANJA MECANICA's protests and gave Hernan Jakes a yellow card for diving instead. After 52 played minutes LA NARANJA MECANICA got a freekick which was hit by Hernan Jakes. 53 minutes into the match, LA NARANJA MECANICA's goal looked a bit too open when Francisco Hori came free, but Melquiades Fix reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some careless play in the Albany FC defense, 姜烽然 kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Esteve Gilen. The Albany FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Esteve Gilen should have stopped the shot. If Aldo Rosalio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 66th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 71 minutes into the game, Ceferino Luix was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Albany FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave LA NARANJA MECANICA the free kick. The supporters of LA NARANJA MECANICA booed when Albany FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 71 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ceferino Luix didn't get a good kick on the ball. A hard shot by Saul Brun from long distance, 72 minutes into the match, got Esteve Gilen's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. The supporters of LA NARANJA MECANICA booed when Albany FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 73 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rogelio Luke didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 76 played minutes LA NARANJA MECANICA got a freekick which was hit by Godfredo Frederico. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched LA NARANJA MECANICA eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
