Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Aristides Escobar kicked off to start the match. Sixto Barea charged in rather forcefully in the 2nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Sixto Barea the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Deferensores de Coghlan getting a freekick after 3 minutes play. Sixto Barea hit a great ball. After 4 played minutes Deferensores de Coghlan got a freekick which was hit by Gogo Lertxun. A collision led to Deferensores de Coghlan getting a freekick after 5 minutes play. Victorino Cutberto hit a great ball. In the 6th minute of the match Eriberto Estebano shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Domingo Pelayo showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. In the 7th minute, Sixto Barea hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Aristides Escobar in the 9th minute of play forced Deferensores de Coghlan's goalkeeper Domingo Pelayo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 14 minutes, Gogo Lertxun mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Deferensores de Coghlan and the Churriaca AFC players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Churriaca AFC getting a freekick after 15 minutes play. Flavio Ibañez hit a great ball. Domingo Pelayo came out of the goal in the 23rd minute to try and stop a shot by Churriaca AFC's Eriberto Estebano. But to his dismay, Eriberto Estebano quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Rodrigo Serapio hit a great freekick 27 minutes into the match. Ramon Laurendi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 34th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Domingo Pelayo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Elias Iago in the 35th minute of play. When Gogo Lertxun was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 39 minutes had been played. After 40 played minutes Deferensores de Coghlan got a freekick which was hit by Gogo Lertxun. Aristides Escobar recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 41st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Aristides Escobar had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 45th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The Churriaca AFC fans' excitement grew in the 48th match minute when Churriaca AFC's Aristides Escobar looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-2 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. After the first half Churriaca AFC were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

In the 55th minute of the match, Aristides Escobar got a very nice opportunity to score, but Domingo Pelayo was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. With a little luck, Deferensores de Coghlan's Domingo Pelayo got control of the ball when Aristides Escobar tried to sneak it across the goal line. Aristides Escobar received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Domingo Pelayo came out and tried to block the shot, but Aristides Escobar slotted it home off the left post making it 0-3 in the 61st minute. In the 69th minute Aristides Escobar shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Domingo Pelayo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 71st minute, Ramon Laurendi left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Deferensores de Coghlan fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-3. When Churriaca AFC's Aristides Escobar in the 77th minute got a chance for a shot 77th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Deferensores de Coghlan's goalie prevented a goal. Aristides Escobars short, quick shot in the 81stth minute got Domingo Pelayo to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Victorino Cutberto hit a great freekick 82 minutes into the match. Aquilino Sansone struck a weak shot in the 86th minute. Domingo Pelayo didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Churriaca AFC. When Aquilino Sansone fell near the penalty area in the 87th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Churriaca AFC's protests and gave Aquilino Sansone a yellow card for diving instead. Ramon Laurendi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 90th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Domingo Pelayo was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Aristides Escobar showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-4 in the 92 minute of play. 96 minutes into the match, Churriaca AFC's Aristides Escobar sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Domingo Pelayo narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Domingo Pelayo made an important save on a dangerous shot by Aristides Escobar in the 98th minute. The Deferensores de Coghlan fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Churriaca AFC were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
