The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Independencia FC's Pablo Hulberto played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Victoriano Jokin in the 14th minute of play. In the 18th match minute, Portezuelo was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Freddy Cefero to maneuver through the defense. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Victoriano Jokin stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd minute, Victoriano Jokin fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. Pablo Hulberto showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Victoriano Jokin in the 53rd minute of the match. 54 minutes into the match, Independencia FC's goal looked a bit too open when Lennart Haulrich came free, but Pablo Hulberto reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Florentino Martxot received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 55th minute. Pablo Hulberto tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 58th minute, Lennart Haulrich fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Pablo Hulberto, passed just outside the right post. Victoriano Jokin succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 0-5 in the 65th playminute. Alvaro Ezkerra hit a great freekick 71 minutes into the match. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Victoriano Jokin couldn't finish the play.
