Astor Jacob was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Honorio Markel showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-0 in the 10 minute of play. Melchor Benitez kicked well hit freekick during the 12th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Cholila AFC's Melchor Benitez got a free kick in the 15th minute. Anselmo Olentzaro struck a weak shot in the 16th minute. Marcial Petri didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Cañaditas. Cholila AFC's Marcial Petri played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Raimundo Pinheiro in the 19th minute of play. In the 21st match minute, Cholila AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ezequiel Christobal to maneuver through the defense. 30 minutes into the game, Radoslaw Miecznikowski cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Marcial Petri was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. An unexpectedly hard shot by Radoslaw Miecznikowski in the 32nd minute of play forced Cholila AFC's goalkeeper Marcial Petri to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Cholila AFC's Marcial Petri played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Radoslaw Miecznikowski in the 34th minute of play. Radoslaw Miecznikowski sent away a hard shot on goal in the 43rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Marcial Petri made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Raimundo Pinheiro in the 46th minute of play. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

52 minutes into the game, Cholila AFC's Honorio Markel nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Astor Jacob made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-1. Marcial Petri made a fantastic save in the 55th minute, when Radoslaw Miecznikowski sent off a good shot on target. After some careless play in the Cañaditas defense, Honorio Markel kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Astor Jacob. The Cañaditas fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Astor Jacob should have stopped the shot. Marcial Petri made an important save on a dangerous shot by Radoslaw Miecznikowski in the 60th minute. After 61 played minutes Cañaditas got a freekick which was hit by Anselmo Olentzaro. 63 minutes into the match, Cholila AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Geancarlos Fang came free, but Marcial Petri reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Radoslaw Miecznikowski fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 66th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Marcial Petri having to interfere. Cañaditas's Jeremias Sesuldo got a good chance for a goal in the 67th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 78th minute, Jeremias Sesuldo left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Cañaditas fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-2. Cholila AFC's Marcial Petri played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jeremias Sesuldo in the 81st minute of play. A collision led to Cholila AFC getting a freekick after 81 minutes play. Nicanor Jago hit a great ball. Cholila AFC's Marcial Petri proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 82nd minute of the match, managed to save Cholila AFC from getting a goal against them. In the 84th minute, Virgilio Lartaun got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Astor Jacob didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Honorio Markel went, in the 86th minute, to the upper right corner, 4-2 was the resulting score. If Radoslaw Miecznikowski had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 91st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Jeremias Sesuldo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 92nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Cholila AFC's Marcial Petri proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 95th minute of the match, managed to save Cholila AFC from getting a goal against them. The home crowd let out a huge roar when the referee blew for the end of the game. Cholila AFC were victorious despite being under pressure from Cañaditas for much of the match.
