The audience thought a goal was coming when 胡真镇 got free with Ramiro Napier in the 15th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 17 minutes into the match, SanSan's goalkeeper Ramiro Napier had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by 胡真镇. 19 minutes into the match, FC.PILE's goal looked a bit too open when Javier Matia came free, but Paulino Txordon reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Arnaldo Reyes fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 25th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ramiro Napier having to interfere. After a rather tough play, SanSan's Javier Matia got a free kick in the 27th minute. In the 35th minute, FC.PILE's Arnaldo Reyes dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-0. Celedonio Sadurni's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Paulino Txordon read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 41st minute of play. If Fabian Enaut had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 44th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 48th minute, Alfonso Rufio hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

The wind increased when Arnaldo Reyes made the kick off in the second half. The SanSan fans' excitement grew in the 56th match minute when SanSan's Javier Matia looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Javier Matia kicked well hit freekick during the 59th minute of the match. Ramiro Napier made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from 胡真镇 in the 62nd minute of play. Paulino Txordon showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Javier Matia in the 64th minute of the match. In the 67th minute, Casimiro Valery got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Javier Matia received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 68th minute. Paulino Txordon tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. SanSan's Esteve Mundo quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Jeronimo Osorio, made in the 70th minute of the game. FC.PILE's Paulino Txordon played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Javier Matia in the 71st minute of play. Javier Matia in the 73rdth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Paulino Txordon, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Javier Matia in the 78th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Paulino Txordon prevented the ball from getting in the gole. FC.PILE's Paulino Txordon proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 80th minute of the match, managed to save FC.PILE from getting a goal against them. The supporters of FC.PILE booed when SanSan was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 86 match minutes in a wonderful position. Leonardo Aimar didn't get a good kick on the ball.
