Fernan Jayvier took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Matias Quintyn, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 13th match minute, La Toronja Fobal Club was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gaudencio Presebal to maneuver through the defense. 22 minutes into the game, Jose Eutropio was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Providencia FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave La Toronja Fobal Club the free kick. 26 minutes into the match, Providencia FC's goal looked a bit too open when Nemesio Unax came free, but Peder Linquist reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After having played for 31 minutes, Jose Eutropio managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Providencia FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Jose Eutropio was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After a rather tough play, La Toronja Fobal Club's Luciano Christobal got a free kick in the 34th minute. In the 38th match minute, La Toronja Fobal Club was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gaudencio Presebal to maneuver through the defense.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Uriel Confesor made a kick off. Angel Johans's late challenge caught a La Toronja Fobal Club's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Angel Johans helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Providencia FC's Angel Johans got a free kick in the 55th minute. After some careless play in the La Toronja Fobal Club defense, Matias Quintyn kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Fernan Jayvier. The La Toronja Fobal Club fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Fernan Jayvier should have stopped the shot. When the match had gone on for 63 minutes, Matias Quintyn put it in 1-2 from a short distance just to the right of Fernan Jayvier. 69 minutes into the match, Uriel Confesor had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Peder Linquist. Providencia FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Uriel Confesor was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-2. After 74 played minutes La Toronja Fobal Club got a freekick which was hit by Uriel Confesor. With a little luck, La Toronja Fobal Club's Fernan Jayvier got control of the ball when Matias Quintyn tried to sneak it across the goal line. Matias Quintyn who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 77thth minute tested the skills of Fernan Jayvier when he managed to save the team from getting behind. In the 81st minute, Gaudencio Presebal made a precise shot to the right of Peder Linquist. Providencia FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-2. A collision led to La Toronja Fobal Club getting a freekick after 84 minutes play. Uriel Confesor hit a great ball. Matias Quintyn fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 96th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fernan Jayvier having to interfere.
