Atilano Martino made a fantastic save in the 5th minute, when Ambrosio Ibañez sent off a good shot on target. In the 8th minute, Rafael Damião hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a rather tough play, Cojango's Julian Juvenal got a free kick in the 12th minute. Amancio Micael showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Domingo Ieltxu, who was totally free with the ball in the 21st minute. In the 25th minute, Guaymallén FC's 柯翔烽 seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed 柯翔烽 the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Guaymallén FC protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and 柯翔烽 had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. In a very dangerous position, a player in Guaymallén FC fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 24th minute. Penalty! The referee gave Cojango a penalty, 27 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Aureliano Calvino, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Guaymallén FC's Amancio Micael. 0-1. Amancio Micael showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gregorio Erasto in the 31st minute of the match. In the 41st minute Domingo Ieltxu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Amancio Micael saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 47th minute the ball was on its way in behind Cojango's goalkeeper Atilano Martino, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Tobiasz Cichocki to make the kick off. Feliberto Odon's late challenge caught a Cojango's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Feliberto Odon helped the player get up and apologised. Feliberto Odon hit a great freekick 51 minutes into the match. After a defensive mix-up in Cojango's zone, Ambrosio Ibañez stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Atilano Martino came out of the goal and Ambrosio Ibañez tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 58 minutes into the match, Guaymallén FC's goalkeeper Amancio Micael had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Ambrosio Marquez. Tobiasz Cichocki hit a great freekick 62 minutes into the match. When Tobiasz Cichocki got the opportunity to take care of a free kick it resulted in a really dangerous shot that almost went in the goal. Instead the ball went too high, a missed opportunity for Guaymallén FC. After having played for 64 minutes, Ambrosio Ibañez managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Guaymallén FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ambrosio Ibañez was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 67th minute Ambrosio Ibañez shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Atilano Martino saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Natalio Medina hit a great freekick 69 minutes into the match. After having played for 70 minutes, Ambrosio Marquez managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Cojango's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ambrosio Marquez was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Amancio Micael made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Oscar Bernaldo in the 75th minute of play. With a little luck, Guaymallén FC's Amancio Micael got control of the ball when Ambrosio Marquez tried to sneak it across the goal line. After a rather tough play, Guaymallén FC's Eriberto Lapurdi got a free kick in the 80th minute. Cojango's Ambrosio Marquez got a good chance for a goal in the 81st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Guaymallén FC's Amancio Micael proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 88th minute of the match, managed to save Guaymallén FC from getting a goal against them. With a little luck, Guaymallén FC's Amancio Micael got control of the ball when Ambrosio Marquez tried to sneak it across the goal line. Eriberto Lapurdi hit a great freekick 91 minutes into the match. Amancio Micael acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 93rd minute, took the ball on the long shot from Aureliano Calvino. Amancio Micael made a fantastic save in the 96th minute, when Ambrosio Marquez sent off a good shot on target.
