After a defensive mix-up in Boca Juniors's zone, Zeledon Bertin stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Joel Mattin came out of the goal and Zeledon Bertin tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 40 minutes into the game, Camilo Claus was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Boca Juniors's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Bote FC the free kick. After a rather tough play, Boca Juniors's Camilo Claus got a free kick in the 40th minute. Ruben Txordon charged in rather forcefully in the 47th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Ruben Txordon the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Ruben Txordon hit a great freekick 47 minutes into the match. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Zeledon Bertin was the one to do the kick off. Ruben Txordon received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 52nd minute. Joel Mattin tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Joel Mattin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Zeledon Bertin in the 53rd minute of play. If Zeledon Bertin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 57th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Zeledon Bertin recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 59th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 63rd minute of the match Bote FC got a corner. Boca Juniors's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Leonardo Txartiko ran over to the corner to take the kick. Zeledon Bertin recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 66th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 69th match minute, Bote FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jairo Firman to maneuver through the defense. 70 minutes into the match, Boca Juniors's goal looked a bit too open when Jairo Firman came free, but Joel Mattin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 72nd minute, Ruben Txordon got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 73rd minute, Zeledon Bertin got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Lucas Eli showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Elias Markel in the 80th minute of the match. Ruben Txordon sent away a hard shot on goal in the 82nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Lucas Eli stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ermegildo Bilintx's shot from short distance in the 92nd minute. The second half was just like the first, even and exciting. The match ended in a draw.
