Colazzo's Higinio Baladi got a good chance for a goal in the 13th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The crowd rose to their feet as Colazzo's Moises Ekaitz slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Jorge Montay. That made the score 1-0 after 16 minutes of play. Moises Ekaitz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 22nd minute. Jorge Montay tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Colazzo's zone, Apolo Romero stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Domingo Nofre came out of the goal and Apolo Romero tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 29th match minute, Colazzo was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Silvestre Barto to maneuver through the defense. A collision led to Colazzo getting a freekick after 32 minutes play. Silvestre Barto hit a great ball. When Saladillo F.C's Conrado Reno in the 34th minute got a chance for a shot 34th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Colazzo's goalie prevented a goal. Saladillo F.C's Jorge Montay played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Moises Ekaitz in the 41st minute of play. Colazzo's Domingo Nofre played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Pablo Lehior in the 42nd minute of play. Filomeno Rito kicked well hit freekick during the 44th minute of the match. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

Higinio Baladi might have been able to make a better finish in the 57th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Jorge Montay. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Higinio Baladi ran back to his position shaking his head. Elias Peruanton sent away a hard shot on goal in the 59th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 63 minutes into the match, Saladillo F.C's goal looked a bit too open when Moises Ekaitz came free, but Jorge Montay reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Colazzo's supporters rose to their feet, but Higinio Baladi was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jorge Montay breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Higinio Baladi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 89th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 92 minutes into the match, Higinio Baladi had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Jorge Montay. Saladillo F.C's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Higinio Baladi was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-0. Jorge Montay took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Moises Ekaitz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Colazzo's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
