Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Luis Santxol made the kick off which started today's match. LBDT's Baltasar Pabla got a good chance for a goal in the 3rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Angelo Gonza made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Laureano Eliu in the 5th minute of play. LBDT's Laureano Eliu got a good chance for a goal in the 10th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Baltasar Pabla fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 13th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Angelo Gonza having to interfere. A collision led to Palmar AFC getting a freekick after 16 minutes play. Carlos Clodio hit a great ball. In the 17th minute of the match Hermengildo Bitxintxo sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Angelo Gonza skillfully saved the ball. If Luis Santxol had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 26th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Luis Santxol received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 27th minute. Guaberto Tallia tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The supporters of Palmar AFC booed when LBDT was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 29 match minutes in a wonderful position. Segundo Venerando didn't get a good kick on the ball. Guaberto Tallia acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 30th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Carlos Clodio. Luis Santxol sent away a hard shot on goal in the 32nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Aquiles Asier scored 1-0 in the 33rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Guaberto Tallia, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 39th minute Luis Santxol shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Guaberto Tallia saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Guaberto Tallia took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Luis Santxol, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Aquiles Asier could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 44th minute of the match, but Guaberto Tallia made a huge save. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Laureano Eliu made a kick off. Cristobal Etxatxu charged in rather forcefully in the 55th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Cristobal Etxatxu the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Cristobal Etxatxu hit a great freekick 55 minutes into the match. 56 minutes into the match, LBDT's Hermengildo Bitxintxo sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Angelo Gonza narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Guaberto Tallia made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Luis Santxol in the 63rd minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in LBDT's zone, Aquiles Asier stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Guaberto Tallia came out of the goal and Aquiles Asier tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Guaberto Tallia showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Luis Santxol, who was totally free with the ball in the 74th minute. LBDT's Guaberto Tallia played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Aquiles Asier in the 75th minute of play. 83 minutes into the match, Aquiles Asier notched a goal, 2-0, to the right of LBDT's Guaberto Tallia. Guaberto Tallia was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After a defensive mix-up in LBDT's zone, Aquiles Asier stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Guaberto Tallia came out of the goal and Aquiles Asier tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 96th minute Luis Santxol shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Guaberto Tallia saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Palmar AFC were awarded a corner in the 97th minute after LBDT's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Carlos Clodio took the corner. A nice corner shot did that Carlos Clodio got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Guaberto Tallia quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save.
