With a little luck, Pachanguero's Alejandro Paublo got control of the ball when Paolo Karlo tried to sneak it across the goal line. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Benicio Cordarrol stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. The audience thought a goal was coming when Vladimiro Belmiro got free with Edelmiro Lauro in the 57th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. An unexpectedly hard shot by Paolo Karlo in the 64th minute of play forced Pachanguero's goalkeeper Alejandro Paublo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Club Atletico Drumcode's Edelmiro Lauro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Claudio Etxekopar in the 68th minute of play. If Mauricio Opilano had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 78th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 80th minute, Hipolito Liher left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Club Atletico Drumcode fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-1. In the 90th minute Hipolito Liher shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alejandro Paublo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Alejandro Paublo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hipolito Liher in the 94th minute of play. Silvano Nataniel walked up to take care of the penalty kick. He was aiming for the top corner, but the ball went just outside the post. For all the effort they put into the match, the Pachanguero players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Club Atletico Drumcode.
