Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Jimeno Umbruso got the match started through his kick off. In the 6th match minute, Saavedra FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jesus Martxel to maneuver through the defense. Nacate's Jimeno Umbruso got a good chance for a goal in the 9th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The audience thought a goal was coming when Jimeno Umbruso got free with Lázaro Laurgain in the 15th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Jimeno Umbruso sent away a hard shot on goal in the 18th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 27 minutes into the match, Vladimiro Leguizamón had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Lázaro Laurgain. Saavedra FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Vladimiro Leguizamón was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. In the 40th minute, Delmar Obeko hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Lázaro Laurgain was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 41st minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Evaristo Lico. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Delmar Obeko to make the kick off. In the 51st match minute, Saavedra FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Anselmo Weather to maneuver through the defense. After 52 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Saavedra FC! Lázaro Laurgain made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jimeno Umbruso in the 64th minute of play. Gerardo Froylan's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Lázaro Laurgain read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 70th minute of play. A collision led to Saavedra FC getting a freekick after 78 minutes play. Severiano Rito hit a great ball. 81 minutes into the match, Vladimiro Leguizamón had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Lázaro Laurgain. Saavedra FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Vladimiro Leguizamón was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-0. After some fancy dribbling in the 95th minute, Gerardo Froylan managed to get in a good position for a shot. Nacate's supporters rose to their feet, but Gerardo Froylan was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Lázaro Laurgain breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Vladimiro Leguizamón blasted a shot towards the goal in the 96th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Lázaro Laurgain having to make a save. Severiano Rito charged in rather forcefully in the 97th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Severiano Rito the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Nacate's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
