Ariel Fc Juniors's supporters rose to their feet, but Edvard Soned was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Sezai Candeğer breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The throw-in from Haroldo Loren in the 13th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Ariel Fc Juniors's Julian Indar. Jacobo Firmo's late challenge caught a Manchester City's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Jacobo Firmo helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Manchester City booed when Ariel Fc Juniors was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 16 match minutes in a wonderful position. Carmelo Eleder didn't get a good kick on the ball. Reynaldo Pacho hit a great freekick 30 minutes into the match. Ariel Fc Juniors's Reynaldo Pacho got a good chance for a goal in the 33rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 34 minutes in the game, Edvard Soned fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Sezai Candeğer having to interfere. 34 minutes into the game, Carmelo Eleder was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Ariel Fc Juniors's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Manchester City the free kick. A collision led to Ariel Fc Juniors getting a freekick after 35 minutes play. Carmelo Eleder hit a great ball. Aldo Eguen didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Alfred Modise went, in the 36th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. 39 minutes into the game, Alfred Modise was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Manchester City's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Ariel Fc Juniors the free kick. After 39 played minutes Manchester City got a freekick which was hit by Alfred Modise. 41 minutes into the game, Manchester City's Uriel Hernandez nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Aldo Eguen made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-3. The supporters of Manchester City booed when Ariel Fc Juniors was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 44 match minutes in a wonderful position. Abelardo Gartzea didn't get a good kick on the ball. Edvard Soned's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Sezai Candeğer read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 47th minute of play. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-3.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Edvard Soned stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 58 minutes into the match, Uriel Hernandez dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Aldo Eguen, 0-4. Edvard Soned recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 61st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When Reynaldo Pacho came up free with the goalie in the 62nd minute, the Ariel Fc Juniors fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Reynaldo Pacho couldn't finish the play. When Uriel Hernandez fell near the penalty area in the 71st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Manchester City's protests and gave Uriel Hernandez a yellow card for diving instead. In the 74th minute, Edvard Soned got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 75th minute Edvard Soned shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sezai Candeğer saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 81 minutes into the match, Ariel Fc Juniors's goalkeeper Aldo Eguen had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Alfred Modise. Manchester City's Sezai Candeğer played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Edvard Soned in the 86th minute of play. Manchester City's Uriel Hernandez got a good chance for a goal in the 88th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Ariel Fc Juniors's Valentin Bartuelo was substituted for Reynaldo Pacho. Manchester City's Cleto Kemen was substituted for Uriel Hernandez. Ariel Fc Juniors made a substitution. Teo Isadore replaced Abelardo Gartzea. Manchester City's Sezai Candeğer played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Edvard Soned in the 91st minute of play. Valentin Bartuelo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 92nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sezai Candeğer having to interfere. Alfred Modise hit a great freekick 94 minutes into the match. In the 95th minute, Teo Isadore hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Manchester City walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
