Jacinto Ellande recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 22nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. A hard shot 23 in the game by Teodoro Bernebe from a close distance when the talented Aurelio Mel managed to make a qualified save. Club Atletic Don Santiago's players were relieved. Bernardo Azeari hit a great freekick 24 minutes into the match. Pelu F.C's Domingos Maxin couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 25th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Club Atletic Don Santiago. In the 30th minute, Club Atletic Don Santiago's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Gilberto Sidro fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Justo Estefan could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 34th minute of the match, but Aurelio Mel made a huge save. Aurelio Mel showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Teodoro Bernebe in the 37th minute of the match. Ciriaco Silvino took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Esteban Egoi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 41 minutes into the match, Eleuterio Ermano had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Ciriaco Silvino. Pelu F.C's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Eleuterio Ermano was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-2. Ciriaco Silvino showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Esteban Egoi, who was totally free with the ball in the 45th minute. Esteban Egoi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 46th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ciriaco Silvino having to interfere. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Ceferino Ordono during the 47th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to Pelu F.C getting a freekick after 47 minutes play. Ceferino Ordono hit a great ball.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Teodoro Bernebe was the one to do the kick off. Ciriaco Silvino stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Esteban Egoi's shot from short distance in the 55th minute. 56 minutes into the match, Teodoro Bernebe notched a goal, 2-2, to the right of Club Atletic Don Santiago's Aurelio Mel. Aurelio Mel was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Aurelio Mel took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Teodoro Bernebe, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ciriaco Silvino took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Aristides Txanton, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 70 minutes into the game, Jacinto Ellande cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 4-3. Ciriaco Silvino showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Esteban Egoi in the 85th minute of the match. The Pelu F.C fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Club Atletic Don Santiago were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
