With a little luck, Gimnasia y Esgrima de Mza's Damian Loren got control of the ball when Lisandro Iigo tried to sneak it across the goal line. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Anibal Maju to make the kick off. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Lisandro Iigo in the 78th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Damian Loren saved Gimnasia y Esgrima de Mza from getting behind. Aureliano Romano struck a weak shot in the 79th minute. Damian Loren didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for cotinatiywillyfc.
