The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Leonardo Cruz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 3rd minute. Aquilino Ellande tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Rigoberto Blasco made an important save on a dangerous shot by Angelo Tabor in the 4th minute. A collision led to Tristan Suarez AC getting a freekick after 9 minutes play. Angelo Tabor hit a great ball. Leonardo Cruz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 10th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 12th minute, Saul Berasko ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Aquilino Ellande was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. The supporters of Castellanos booed when Tristan Suarez AC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 15 match minutes in a wonderful position. Natalio Demesio didn't get a good kick on the ball. Aquilino Ellande showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Leonardo Cruz in the 16th minute of the match. Rigoberto Blasco made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cirilo Aimar in the 18th minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Cirilo Aimar in the 20th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Rigoberto Blasco prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After 29 minutes, Vladimiro Idacio mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Castellanos and the Tristan Suarez AC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Vladimiro Idacio hit a great freekick 30 minutes into the match. In the 31stth minute of the game Cirilo Aimar who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Castellanos's Rigoberto Blasco was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After 37 played minutes Castellanos got a freekick which was hit by Vladimiro Idacio. Rigoberto Blasco took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Hugo Ortzi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 44 minutes into the match, Tristan Suarez AC's goal looked a bit too open when Fidel Isadore came free, but Aquilino Ellande reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Angelo Tabor could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 45th minute of the match, but Rigoberto Blasco made a huge save. Rigoberto Blasco came out of the goal in the 47th minute to try and stop a shot by Tristan Suarez AC's Angelo Tabor. But to his dismay, Angelo Tabor quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

Cirilo Aimar might have been able to make a better finish in the 54th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Rigoberto Blasco. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Cirilo Aimar ran back to his position shaking his head. 54 minutes into the game, Tristan Suarez AC's Angelo Tabor nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Rigoberto Blasco made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-1. 程坤树 in the 69thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Aquilino Ellande, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. In the 71st minute Edgardo Gaur shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rigoberto Blasco saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 73rd minute, Leonardo Cruz reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Aquilino Ellande. The goal made the score 3-2. Leonardo Cruz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 77th minute. Aquilino Ellande tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 79th minute, Hugo Ortzi hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Aquilino Ellande made a fantastic save in the 80th minute, when 程坤树 sent off a good shot on target. Rigoberto Blasco showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cirilo Aimar in the 82nd minute of the match. 程坤树 received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 85th minute. Aquilino Ellande tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 94th match minute, Castellanos was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Vladimiro Idacio to maneuver through the defense. For all the effort they put into the match, the Castellanos players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Tristan Suarez AC.
