Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Leonel Umbruso came out of the goal in the 4th minute to try and stop a shot by Palantelén's Angelino Hodei. But to his dismay, Angelino Hodei quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Palantelén's Arnulfo Rivas played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Elvio Hibai in the 17th minute of play. In the 21st minute the ball was on its way in behind Bajada FC's goalkeeper Leonel Umbruso, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Mateo Oinatz's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Leonel Umbruso read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 24th minute of play. Mateo Oinatz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 26th minute. Leonel Umbruso tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Arnulfo Rivas made a fantastic save in the 29th minute, when Jeronimo Ioritz sent off a good shot on target. Narciso Manuelo charged in rather forcefully in the 31st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Narciso Manuelo the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Palantelén's Guaberto Eneko was substituted for Cristian Acuña. After 31 played minutes Bajada FC got a freekick which was hit by Narciso Manuelo. After a defensive mix-up in Bajada FC's zone, Mateo Oinatz stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Leonel Umbruso came out of the goal and Mateo Oinatz tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 37th minute, Elvio Hibai got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Leonel Umbruso showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Victorino Txatxu, who was totally free with the ball in the 40th minute. In the 41st minute, Mateo Oinatz got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Angelino Hodei stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd minute, Mateo Oinatz got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Palantelén's Nestor Clausen shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 54th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Leonel Umbruso but with some difficulty. Angelino Hodei fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 59th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Leonel Umbruso having to interfere. In the 61st minute, Palantelén's Mateo Oinatz dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-3. Leonel Umbruso showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Victorino Txatxu in the 69th minute of the match. In the 72ndth minute of the game Angelino Hodei who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Bajada FC's Leonel Umbruso was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After 74 played minutes Palantelén got a freekick which was hit by Victorino Txatxu. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Angelino Hodei in the 79th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Leonel Umbruso saved Bajada FC from getting behind. 80 minutes into the match, Bajada FC's goal looked a bit too open when Angelino Hodei came free, but Leonel Umbruso reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 82nd match minute, Palantelén was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Delmiro Monte to maneuver through the defense. If Ezequiel Cordarrol had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 85th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Leonel Umbruso took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mateo Oinatz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 91st match minute, Bajada FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Eloy Vincent to maneuver through the defense. The long shot by Nestor Clausen in the 91st minute really tested Leonel Umbruso's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. Angelino Hodei received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 93rd minute. Leonel Umbruso tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 95th match minute, Bajada FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Narciso Manuelo to maneuver through the defense. Palantelén's Nestor Clausen shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 96th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Leonel Umbruso but with some difficulty. When the match was over Palantelén could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Bajada FC throughout the match.
