Benedicto Iraitz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alonzo Patxi in the 40th minute of play. In the 43rd minute, Edgard Tono left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Club Deportivo San Andres fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. Freddy Arixo kicked well hit freekick during the 46th minute of the match.

Benedicto Iraitz came out of the goal in the 51st minute to try and stop a shot by Defensores de Belgrano's Freddy Arixo. But to his dismay, Freddy Arixo quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. In the 55th play minute Augusto Columbo came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Benedicto Iraitz. 1-2. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Apolo Franco during the 58th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 58 played minutes Defensores de Belgrano got a freekick which was hit by Apolo Franco. 60 minutes into the match, Defensores de Belgrano's goal looked a bit too open when Edgard Tono came free, but Geronimo Beltza reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 64th match minute, Club Deportivo San Andres was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Haydar Akarsu to maneuver through the defense. Arsenio Giraldo kicked well hit freekick during the 70th minute of the match. 71 minutes into the match, Amadeo Laurentzi notched a goal, 2-3, to the right of Defensores de Belgrano's Geronimo Beltza. Geronimo Beltza was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Freddy Arixo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 74th minute of the match, but Benedicto Iraitz made a huge save. Edgard Tono took the ball and in the 76 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Geronimo Beltza. Geronimo Beltza dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-3. With a little luck, Club Deportivo San Andres's Benedicto Iraitz got control of the ball when Freddy Arixo tried to sneak it across the goal line. After 80 played minutes Defensores de Belgrano got a freekick which was hit by Matias Buinton. In the 83rd minute Alonzo Patxi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Benedicto Iraitz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Benedicto Iraitz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Arsenio Giraldo, who was totally free with the ball in the 84th minute. In the 86th minute Alonzo Patxi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Benedicto Iraitz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Benedicto Iraitz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Arsenio Giraldo in the 87th minute of the match. When the match had gone on for 88 minutes, Alonzo Patxi took a quick shot and it went in 3-4 without a chance for Benedicto Iraitz to make any attempt to save it. Benedicto Iraitz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Arsenio Giraldo in the 92nd minute of play. Freddy Arixo struck a weak shot in the 93rd minute. Benedicto Iraitz didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Defensores de Belgrano.
