The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. Bonifacio Eneto fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 7th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cristobal Pinto having to interfere. 10 minutes into the match, La Chachoneta F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Ubaldo Silban came free, but Cristobal Pinto reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 13 minutes into the match, Pilahué FC's goalkeeper Romeo Cidro had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Aurelio Francho. Pilahué FC were furious when Silvestre Formerio was red carded, 14 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. 14 minutes into the game, one of Pilahué FC:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Julio Tulio walked up to take care of the penalty kick. He was aiming for the top corner, but the ball went just outside the post. Rigoberto Gamus's late challenge caught a La Chachoneta F.C.'s player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Rigoberto Gamus helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Pilahué FC's Rigoberto Gamus got a free kick in the 18th minute. La Chachoneta F.C.'s Dario Leobardo got a good chance for a goal in the 27th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Romeo Cidro showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Anselmo Argenis, who was totally free with the ball in the 30th minute. Aurelio Francho sent away a hard shot on goal in the 31st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 33 minutes into the match, Pilahué FC's goal looked a bit too open when Aurelio Francho came free, but Romeo Cidro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Cristobal Pinto showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bonifacio Eneto, who was totally free with the ball in the 36th minute. In the 37th minute, Casimiro Gartxot hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Bonifacio Eneto struck a weak shot in the 39th minute. Cristobal Pinto didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. Joel Jayvier's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Cristobal Pinto read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 42nd minute of play. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Bonifacio Eneto stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Bonifacio Eneto couldn't finish the play. Casimiro Gartxot recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 52nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. La Chachoneta F.C.'s Cristobal Pinto proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 54th minute of the match, managed to save La Chachoneta F.C. from getting a goal against them. 57 minutes into the match, Aurelio Francho had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Romeo Cidro. Pilahué FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Aurelio Francho was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. Bonifacio Eneto received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 67th minute. Cristobal Pinto tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Anselmo Argenis succeeded in the game's 93rd minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 2-1. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. La Chachoneta F.C. had won after a very even match.
