A collision led to Real Madrid C.F getting a freekick after 4 minutes play. Ismael Xabier hit a great ball. Amadeo Elorri took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Camilo Hug, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After having played for 8 minutes, Amado Peyo managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Real Madrid C.F's supporters crossed their fingers, but Amado Peyo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. A collision led to LeYenDa F.C getting a freekick after 10 minutes play. Honorio Giraldo hit a great ball. In the 13th minute Camilo Hug shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Amadeo Elorri saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 20th minute LeYenDa F.C were awarded a corner. Teobaldo Nicholas went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner ended in Teobaldo Nicholas almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Real Madrid C.F's Amadeo Elorri did a great save. Real Madrid C.F's Amadeo Elorri played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Camilo Hug in the 22nd minute of play. Amado Peyo struck a weak shot in the 24th minute. Joel Vitin didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Real Madrid C.F. A sloppy throw-in by Anier Inautzi in the 26th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Real Madrid C.F's Ismael Xabier. After a rather tough play, Real Madrid C.F's Amado Peyo got a free kick in the 26th minute. After a good free kick, Amado Peyo got an opportunity to smash the ball into the goal, but unfortunately, the ball went just outside the goal, which resulted in a goal kick for LeYenDa F.C. The audience was convinced that Amado Peyo's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Joel Vitin was relentless in the 31st minute of the game. Joel Vitin showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Amado Peyo, who was totally free with the ball in the 35th minute. In the 38th minute Rodrigo Telmo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Amadeo Elorri saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Amadeo Elorri showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Camilo Hug, who was totally free with the ball in the 41st minute. Camilo Hug fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 43rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Amadeo Elorri having to interfere. In the 44th minute, Amador Ladio hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Amadeo Elorri showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Camilo Hug in the 48th minute of the match. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.
Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Amado Peyo to make the kick off. Fulgencio Ekain fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 53rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Amadeo Elorri having to interfere. Real Madrid C.F's Amadeo Elorri played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Camilo Hug in the 58th minute of play. Amado Peyo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 59th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Camilo Hug could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 61st minute of the match, but Amadeo Elorri made a huge save. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Amador Ladio during the 62nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 62nd match minute, Real Madrid C.F was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Amador Ladio to maneuver through the defense. After a defensive mix-up in Real Madrid C.F's zone, Camilo Hug stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Amadeo Elorri came out of the goal and Camilo Hug tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Amadeo Elorri took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Honorio Giraldo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The crowd rose to their feet as Camilo Hug kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Amadeo Elorri. That made the score 0-1 in the 73 minute of play. Rodrigo Telmo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 77th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Fulgencio Ekain had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 88th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. When Camilo Hug came up free with the goalie in the 97th minute, the LeYenDa F.C fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Camilo Hug couldn't finish the play. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. LeYenDa F.C had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
