Marcelino Paul took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lázaro Gelmiro, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Marcelino Paul made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lázaro Gelmiro in the 12th minute of play. 13 minutes into the match, TuMamaMeLaMama's goal looked a bit too open when Lázaro Gelmiro came free, but Marcelino Paul reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 18th minute, Ovidio Frederik left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The TuMamaMeLaMama fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-1. TuMamaMeLaMama's Marcelino Paul played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lázaro Gelmiro in the 24th minute of play. Arnulfo Botello fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 31st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Marcelino Paul having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lázaro Gelmiro in the 34th minute of play forced TuMamaMeLaMama's goalkeeper Marcelino Paul to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With an all-out effort, Natalia Natalia FC's Marcelino Paul threw himself towards the right post 35 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Lázaro Gelmiro, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Marcelino Paul stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Lázaro Gelmiro's shot from short distance in the 36th minute. In the 44th minute, Maxmilian Pulda hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Lázaro Gelmiro was the one to do the kick off. After having played for 51 minutes, David Baristo managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Natalia Natalia FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but David Baristo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal.
