Mariano Abella tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 13th minute Honorio Ireno shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Albino Solustiano saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Honorio Ireno blasted a shot towards the goal in the 14th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Albino Solustiano having to make a save. Casimiro Tajo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 17th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 18 played minutes Los xeneizes got a freekick which was hit by Anier Ado. In the 21st minute Roberto Evarado shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mariano Abella saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Florentino Ramirez struck a weak shot in the 22nd minute. Albino Solustiano didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Los xeneizes. After a rather tough play, Los Demás's Lisandro Chucho got a free kick in the 23rd minute. After some careless play in the Los xeneizes defense, Roberto Evarado kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Mariano Abella. The Los xeneizes fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Mariano Abella should have stopped the shot. A collision led to Los Demás getting a freekick after 33 minutes play. Victoriano Ekain hit a great ball. Honorio Ireno struck a weak shot in the 38th minute. Albino Solustiano didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Los xeneizes. Mariano Abella showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Roberto Evarado in the 45th minute of the match. The supporters of Los xeneizes booed when Los Demás was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 47 match minutes in a wonderful position. Victoriano Ekain didn't get a good kick on the ball. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Honorio Ireno was the one to do the kick off. When Casimiro Tajo came up free with the goalie in the 51st minute, the Los Demás fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Casimiro Tajo couldn't finish the play. 56 minutes into the match, Los Demás's goal looked a bit too open when Honorio Ireno came free, but Albino Solustiano reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Casimiro Tajo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 57th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Anier Ado hit a great ball. 65 minutes into the match, Casimiro Tajo notched a goal, 3-0, to the right of Los xeneizes's Mariano Abella. Mariano Abella was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Marian Gay hit a great freekick 68 minutes into the match. In the 75th minute, Casimiro Tajo left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Los Demás fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 4-0. Casimiro Tajo scored 5-0 in the 78th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Mariano Abella, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Los Demás fans cheered their team off the field, for while Los xeneizes had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
