Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Nike F.C's Jairo Fonso started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Dionisio Romo kicked well hit freekick during the 3rd minute of the match. In the 9th minute Jairo Fonso shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gregorio Izotz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Arnoldo Rami could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 10th minute of the match, but Gregorio Izotz made a huge save. Tales Magalhães showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Leandro Benitez in the 15th minute of the match. The crowd rose to their feet as Nike F.C's Anselmo Natanael slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Gregorio Izotz. That made the score 1-0 after 16 minutes of play. After 19 minutes, 武源志 mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Nike F.C and the 1&57 players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a defensive mix-up in 1&57's zone, Jairo Fonso stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Gregorio Izotz came out of the goal and Jairo Fonso tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. With a little luck, 1&57's Gregorio Izotz got control of the ball when Arnoldo Rami tried to sneak it across the goal line. 33 minutes into the game, Alejo Ilixo was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. 1&57's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Nike F.C the free kick. After a rather tough play, 1&57's Alejo Ilixo got a free kick in the 33rd minute. If Arnoldo Rami had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 38th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Gregorio Izotz made an important save on a dangerous shot by Arnoldo Rami in the 45th minute. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.
The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Leandro Benitez to strike the kick off in the second half. The supporters of 1&57 booed when Nike F.C was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 52 match minutes in a wonderful position. Dionisio Romo didn't get a good kick on the ball. Leandro Benitez fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 55th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tales Magalhães having to interfere. Tales Magalhães showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Leandro Benitez in the 62nd minute of the match. After 65 minutes, Leandro Benitez made it 1-1 with a short kick to the right side. Nike F.C's Tales Magalhães tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Gregorio Izotz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Arnoldo Rami in the 68th minute of the match. Nike F.C's Jairo Fonso has a good shot, but didn't show it this time. The shot went over the crossbar in the 71st minute. In the 75th minute of the match Nike F.C got a corner. 1&57's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Arnoldo Rami ran over to the corner to take the kick. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Leandro Benitez in the 80th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Tales Magalhães saved Nike F.C from getting behind. An unexpectedly hard shot by Leandro Benitez in the 81st minute of play forced Nike F.C's goalkeeper Tales Magalhães to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Arnoldo Rami sent away a hard shot on goal in the 83rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Jairo Fonso received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 88th minute. Gregorio Izotz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Arnoldo Rami fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 90th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gregorio Izotz having to interfere. A collision led to Nike F.C getting a freekick after 95 minutes play. Isidro Henry hit a great ball. Leandro Benitez received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 96th minute. Tales Magalhães tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.
