Sebastian Nesor received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 21st minute. Martin Sazon tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Aquilino Quirce scored 0-1 in the 24th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Martin Sazon, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Clemente Leizarraga made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ceferino Jerrald in the 29th minute of play. Romulo Uhin blasted a shot towards the goal in the 36th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Clemente Leizarraga having to make a save.
