Amadeu Gonçalves made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lisandro Maidana in the 44th minute of play. Ceferino Tartalo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 46th minute of the match, but Amadeu Gonçalves made a huge save. If Eugenio Baudelio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 47th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead.
