Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) ATLETICO PARANA's Horacio Guillelmus started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 12th minute, Alejo Amaya got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After having played for 15 minutes, Santo Artal managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Defensores de Nuñez's supporters crossed their fingers, but Santo Artal was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 16 minutes into the match, Defensores de Nuñez's Alejo Amaya sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Cleto Mattin narrowly saved just below the crossbar. ATLETICO PARANA's Cleto Mattin proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 19th minute of the match, managed to save ATLETICO PARANA from getting a goal against them. Cornelio Weather fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 22nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Zeledon Vedillo having to interfere. After a rather tough play, ATLETICO PARANA's Cornelio Weather got a free kick in the 26th minute. Cleto Mattin took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Santo Artal, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a defensive mix-up in ATLETICO PARANA's zone, Eustacio Quentin stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Cleto Mattin came out of the goal and Eustacio Quentin tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Zeledon Vedillo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Horacio Guillelmus, who was totally free with the ball in the 38th minute. 45 minutes into the match, ATLETICO PARANA's goal looked a bit too open when Alejo Amaya came free, but Cleto Mattin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Alejo Amaya sent away a hard shot on goal in the 46th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

ATLETICO PARANA's Cleto Mattin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eustacio Quentin in the 51st minute of play. Eustacio Quentin hit a great freekick 53 minutes into the match. In the 54th match minute, Defensores de Nuñez was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Moise Condrea to maneuver through the defense. Erasmo Rubio received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 60th minute. Zeledon Vedillo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 64th minute, Jonathan Satordi made a precise shot to the right of Cleto Mattin. ATLETICO PARANA's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-0. Alejo Amaya sent away a hard shot on goal in the 69th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 69th minute Alejo Amaya shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cleto Mattin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When ATLETICO PARANA's Horacio Guillelmus in the 72nd minute got a chance for a shot 72nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Defensores de Nuñez's goalie prevented a goal. In the 73rd minute, Alejo Amaya left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Defensores de Nuñez fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-0. Zeledon Vedillo stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Horacio Guillelmus's shot from short distance in the 78th minute. Cleto Mattin took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jonathan Satordi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Eustacio Quentin scored 3-0 in the 83rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Cleto Mattin, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 91st match minute, Defensores de Nuñez was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jonathan Satordi to maneuver through the defense. Cleto Mattin came out of the goal in the 93rd minute to try and stop a shot by Defensores de Nuñez's Santo Artal. But to his dismay, Santo Artal quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-0.
